No fun being sick

Well, a sinus infection has kept me down this week but hopfully the medicine will soon kick in and I will be back to my old self.....I have been knitting some, in fact I started another sursa wrap; it's easy and mindless knitting while I don't feel so good.  I have also been reading some.....just finished Debbie Macomber's "Summer on Blossom Street" and now reading "Knit Together" by Debbie Macomber.......on my Kindle....This is an amazing piece of technology.....I love the fact that you can download a book at any time of the day or night and in a flash it's there ready for you to read.  I can put it in my purse and have 1500 books at my disposal.  Of course, I don't have that many on it, but it's possible.....and reading with it is great....just like reading a page in a book and you can make the print any size you want.....anyway, I am taken with my Kindle.....

  1. Sinus infections are the worst! I hope you have not had a headache along with it.

Your shawl is beautiful. I knit - scarves!!! :)
I have wanted to knit something more, something different, something bigger. But I keep knitting scarves!!! :) I think the patterns freak me out a little. I need to be brave!!!! :)

Oh, I have a cat that looks just like Simon, her name is Flirt!! I do not think she is a Russian Blue - we got her at the pound. She is one of the biggest cats we have ever had, and we have had lots!! We have three right now.

Well, it was good to find your blog (through Create By Faith) I will be back to more visits!

    Hope you are feeling better!
