Birthday Time

Yesterday was my youngest grandson's 1st birthday party and it was so much fun....My daughter is a gifted party planner and she always gives the neatest parties...she chose monkeys at an outdoor park for Max's party and it was adorable....right down to the monkey  themed outfits for the three kids......Being a previous school teacher and having a heart of gold, she is a natural mother and flows with all that motherhood entails.......
Max getting ready for the party

Max in his monkey outfit including hat

Cupcakes his talented Aunt Wendy made complete with monkey suckers and banana chips on top
You can see he enjoyed his cake and His Mom, in the background, did too..

I hope you enjoyed viewing the pictures of how we spent a wonderful Sat with a very special little boy....
Hugs and Blessings,
Nancy

  4. Awe! I Love this! I still have grandchildren to look forward to, having had my own later in life, by God's plan, not mine. Best shot with the baby with cake on his face-precious. I love your knitting. **kisskiss** Deb

  7. Those cup cakes look wonderful! Thank you for your lovely comment on my blog... the faces are made form paper clay, and then I paint them. The entire body is paper clay in fact!

  13. Oh Nancy, your grandson is a cutie!!! Wow, your daughter is a talented gal. She went all out for this special birthday. I'm sure she gets her creative gene from her fun Momma! We are leaving tomorrow to go to Pennsylvania and celebrate my grandson's first birthday with the family.

I loved the comment you left for me on my blog today! So you are a sanguine personality too it sounds!!!

    Hugs,
