This is a digital collage using a background paper, a fairy and horse from The Graphics Fairy, and a picture of my grandaughter....then I used a couple of different layering techniques......
Your work inspires me...love the colors in this piece, love the layering techniques and the added touch of your grandaughter makes it all the more special. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog - I'm so glad you stopped by and am happy to meet you. :)
I adore your work!! It's giving me all sorts of wonderful ideas for creativity, and I really admire your "mission statement" to the right in the "about me" section. I can relate to that, as my interests change.
I so admire the way you handle digital collage, Nancy ...very beautiful...and thank you for stopping by my blog. I used to do a collage challenge every year on my old blog http://LFisher-writewhereiam.typepad.com ...so I may have to do it again!
I am co-facilitator for the Potter's House Retreats which are special weekends for women who desire a fresh encounter with the Lord God, our Potter.
Come experience a unique weekend of learning to listen and hear God's voice through Bible study, artistic/creative activities and quiet times as God molds your heart for His purposes and passions in your life.
Enjoy the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, ponder the majesty of God as you sit by a beautiful, rambling stream, stroll through unspoiled nature, experience the warmth of a mountain fire, all the while reflecting upon the Potter's creative hand in your own life.
Nancy, this is adorable. I can only imagine how much your granddaughter will love this!!!
