Alittle description.....I started with a vintage photo of women dancing in a stream.....The thought kept coming to me that they were dancing because they were good friends and happy to be with each other but also because they were free to explore and make whatever art they wanted to at any given time....which explains the open door bird cage and the music that is coming from the old radio in the corner....The butterfly, of course, represents new life, in this case, their art........This was a fun piece even though it is dark in color.....

ReplyDeleteWhat I was talking about was that I help faciliate a retreat at the Potter's House and the name of the retreat is "Footsteps to the Potters House"....I have tried making pottery but never got the hang of it so now I just buy mine...I found it harder than it looks.....
