After Christmas, we headed to Washington DC to a bowl game and to take in the sites with our daughter's family.....The bowl game was very disappointing but we had so much fun with the kids....They loved riding the train (subway), going to the Museums and seeing the monuments or I should say the six year old did....they all loved the train, the 19 month old slept through the museums and the four year old got very tired of walking......but back in the hotel, we played games, ordered ice cream and watched movies....It was a fun family time......

We have been blessed this holiday season but this Grandma is tired and ready to rest for a few days and then start on some adventures in the New Year....................
